Does this mean I can’t have a nurse in my practice?

Health Assist Hub acts as an extension of your practice/’s nursing team. Depending on the size of your practice, you may require an extra nurse to assist with your practice. We fit in and adapt to your practice/’s needs!

You can use Health Assist Hub as an ad hoc service or as your off-site, dedicated nursing team – the choice is yours!

How do I get started?

Make an appointment with us today to come and we will meet you/ your doctors at a convenient time!

We will discuss your practice’s needs and how best we can service you. We can then simply work with yourselves/ your practice manager to communicate what your practice can offer and how your patients can take advantage of these additional services.

HOW DOES USING HEALTH ASSIST HUB BENEFIT ME ON AN ONGOING BASIS?

You will receive a percentage of each service your Health Assist Hub nurse provides to your patients. We provide a range of different services covered by Medicare - from Care Plans to Home Medicine Reviews. Using Health Assist Hub means you can optimally care for your patients and extend your patient services, without increasing your costs or patient load.

WHAT HAPPENS TO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS PRACTICES NEED FOR NURSES?

Health Assist Hub insures their nurses, covering all insurance needs, You avoid unnecessary overheads e.g. an office and ongoing staffing needs and costs.

IS THERE A SUBSCRIPTION/MONTHLY FEE?

No – we work with you to establish what you would like our nurses to provide.  There is a percentage of each service/ plan outlined for Health Assist Hub.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT NURSE/S I WILL GET?

We provide a dedicated nurse for your area – enabling her to get to know your practice and develop an ongoing, long term relationship with yourselves and your patients.
